Based on our consultation, we will jointly decided if Ethnic Ties is able to provide what you are looking for. If so, let's move on- if not, perhaps we can refer another provider

Once we decide to move forward, we will send you a travel plan and invoice, where you will pay a 25% deposit to move forward with creating the travel of your dreams. At this stage you will also agree to our service terms and any credit card authorizations

We will work diligently, based on the information you give us to provide up to 3 choices for each part of your travels. If you will require more information or have complex travel needs, you will need to book additional paid sessions (see pricing list)

Once we agree on your final travel plans, we will confirm all parts of your trip, including flights/ travel, rentals, lodging, activities, COVID-19 protocols and any other necessary information. Once booked, we will still be in contact leading upto and even after your trip!

Each price listed is Per Person for any travelers with specific needs or requirements. If you have specific preferences for lodging, activities, food or anything else that is off the beaten path, this is the option for you!
*this rate includes research, booking and follow up for day-of or specific requests, and is subject to change based on availability and amount of advanced planning (higher rates for any specific requests with less than 3months planning locally, and 6 months internationally)
